Everliving: “Eat more raw foods!”
Eating raw foods more than eating pre made sweets and perpared meals seems a bit hard and tricky. However, when you think of the benefits, it is all the more worth while to put your time and effort into. Someone who takes part in a raw food diet is someone that eats 75-100% of nutritionally-dense, live, organic, and uncooked meals. Why does this benefit your health? Cooking food causes you to consume acidic toxins faster than your body can eliminate them, making them back up and disrupt your body’s delicate acid/alkaline balance, and is also a major cause of excess weight and disease. Overall, it is just better for you to eat raw, organic food. I understand it may be hard to give all processed foods up, but know that raw food doesnt just mean you are eating carrots and tomatoes all day, raw food can be in the form of desserts as well.

Magical Vanilla Macaroons
2 cups shredded coconut2 Tbs agave2 Tbs hemp butter2 Tbs lucuma powder1 Tbs maca powder1 Tbs pure vanilla extract or powderGenerous pinch of sea saltMix together by hand or with a wooden spoon in a bowl, until it sticks together, adding more sweetener or water to make it stick.Scoop onto a cookie sheet or spread into a tupperware container, and chill or freeze (this sets them a little more). Or eat these immediately - they’re perfectly chewy and delicious without dehydration.
